Review :

Now coming to the actual review about this movie, this was one of the greatest science fiction movie. This movie has been rated 8.5/10 and the people loved these movies especially the Marvels! Movies like Iron Man etc. are also interesting and coming to the the point all science fiction movies were loved by the people all over the world. Everyone loved this movie and were eagerly waiting for the next part to be released. 

Details & Story of the movie :

The story is simple and interesting. As we know the Winter soldier(Bucky) is being operated by HYDRA. He kills Nigerian President and creates certain disturbances in the public, which will be known by avengers in the CCTV footage taken by the government. This calls in immediate arrest of Bucky Barnes. Captain America will fight with the Winter Soldier, but he gets escaped. Meanwhile the S.H.E.I.L.D asks every avenger to sign a new document which denies them from having fights with others without the S.H.E.I.L.D permission. 

Tony Stark(Iron-Man),Natasha Romanoff(Black Widow),Vision,Martha Macky sign and the others don't! This creates Wars and hatred against each other. Stark talks to Peter Parker and joins him in his team#Iron-Man. Hawk-Eye, Vulture, Ant-Man, and Captain America were a team#Captain America! Later Martha Macky and Winter Soldier join team#Captain America. 

Bucky Barnes tells Captain that there were many other people like him who have the same strength and were in a secret lab. If they come out into the world therer will be some disturbances which they decide to stop before. At that time team#Iron-Man asks to stop violaing the rules of the S.H.I.E.L.D and to surrender. But team# CAptain America fights back where SpiderMan joins the team#Iron-Man and shows hos awesome fighting skills in the movie. Ofcourse Spider-Man in this movie had a short role but he was good in his role!

All other avengers except Captain America, Winter Soldier and Iron-Man were jailed. Iron-Man later thinks of helping the Captain, but instead he finds that the Winter Soldier murdered his parents, then Stark gets angry on Buck and starts o fight with him. Captain America doesn't allow Stark to kill him and he fights against him. 

At last Iron-Man breaks Winter Soldier's metal hand and Captain America damages Stark's Suit by hitting hardly with his shield. Everyone survives and yet everybody win at last except that Stark stays angry on Captain and Winter Soldier.  The Winter Soldier will be kept in a freeze box in Nigeria, who was taken care by the Black Panther! 

So the above story has successfully reached a high IMDB rate! People can really enjoy this movie!

The Conjuring

The Conjuring, based on the real incidents hit the screens in the year 2013. It scared most of the audience and the fact that all the incidents happened for real  scared even more. Direction and screenplay were extraordinary and almost all the audience loved it. This is one of the best horror movies in the recent times. Anabella is the name of a doll that has been possessed by evil and haunting the people around. This story was first shown, a little, at the beginning of The Conjuring. And what are the sequences that happened before the doll's been taken into room of the possessed objects by an exorcist.' 

Though Conjuring received huge response, Anabella doesn't seem to get the same. But, the stories shown were true, at least they say so. So, this should be on your watch-list too. Anabella was rated at 5.5/10 on IMDB.

Drag Me To Hell

Drag Me To Hell is one among the other best scary movies. This has the same story line of evil possession and exorcism. But, some scenes make you have goosebumps while some seem vulgar and irritating. On the whole, Drag me to Hell is scary. The story, though the same like many others has some twists and turns. The director tried out to bring something new out in the routine. So, you can add it to your watch-list. The Climax of this movie is not good enough and is weird. Best Science Fiction Movies In The Last Decade

Coming to the movies, each has a different taste and interest. Well, we could see many interested in Love, Romance, Science fiction and some slow real stories too. In this post here, I would like to classify the best Science fiction movies in the last decade. I'm sure most of you would love science fiction movies as they just let our jaw drop to amusement and excitement at the same time. Wouldn't like to watch the best of them? So, for your convenience, I will further classify them based on the Language. As MovieReviewMaza deals with only Telugu, English and Hindi languages, you can expect the same here.

But, before directly going to the list of the movies, I am going to give a little detail on 'What does the Science Fiction (Sci-Fi) actually mean?' .After all, you need to know this. Isn't it?

What Exactly Does Sci-Fi Mean?

When coming to the story, as discussed previously, there are many categories. Among them stands the Science Fiction, on the top (hopefully). Sci-Fi's are fictional stories that revolve around the concepts of Sciences. Be it Technology, Medical sciences or Universal (like space, earth etc), the stories that run around these comes under Science Fictions. Interestingly, these science fictions are always successful in gaining the peoples attention. I wonder if there could be someone who's not interested in science (at least one concept of science).

Best Science Fiction Movies In English

 Interstellar(2014)

Interstellar stands to be one of the best science fiction movies. Released in the year 2014, it has attracted large number of audience and is rated high at 8.9/10 on IMDB. It also seemed boring to some sects of audience. Regardless of the ratings or the reviews, it is one among the best Sci-Fi movies, we could say. 

The story line of Interstellar deals with a crew that has to go in search of a Wormhole that has been found by the secret service at NASA. To save the human kind that is endangered with all the environmental hazards, a search for the new planet starts secretly and finds a wormhole. This is the main story line of the movie and the director is very successful in getting it on the screen in a very well established way. The budget of this movie is expected to be $165 million.

The Avengers(2012)

Many of you must have definitely heard or already watched this movie. The Avengers stands in the list of best science fiction movies. With a story line of the Aliens trying to invade the planet Earth, and the super-hero's fighting together to stop them, this movie has attracted large audience through out the world. With a budget of $220 million, The Avengers hit the theaters in the year 2012 and made was rated at 8.2/10 on IMDB. 

Almost all the teenagers loved watching this movie. But, it also seemed a little boring at the beginning and increased its pace of suspense as the movie projects forward. The actions sequences were too good, but are less in number when compared to any other movies. After all, is it wrong to expect more of action sequences in such fiction movies? 

Captain America: The Winter Soldier(2014)

To be frank, I loved this movie. Captain America is also one among the Avengers and there has also been one first part of the evolution of Captain America. After The Avengers, the release of Captain America : The Winter Soldier in the year 2014 made the fans a bit happy. This movie was rated at 7.9/10 on IMDB is one among the other best science fiction movies. 

The technologies used in the film are way too much for the present existing one's. This makes it come under the Sci-Fi category. The budget of this film is $170 million. The story line of this movie is attached to the first part of the movie, as a scientist that worked for the Hydra group, creates a computer that runs with his brain (keeping his brain alive) though he's long dead. 

The action sequences or the concept is well displayed on the screens. The twist in the movie makes it more interesting and and Aww.! (surprised) feeling in you. It is a must watch if you're one who loves THE BEST and simple action sequences with surprising technologies.

We also have some more like: Avatar, Wall-E, Gravity, Total Recall, Inception and The Matrix. Do take a look at these too.

Best Science Fiction Movies In Hindi

We also have some Sci-Fi movies in Bollywood. But, not every one of them stands the best. But, to give you the top 3, we had to among them.

Krish Series

Krish

The Krish Series started with Koi Mil Gaya. It was one of the biggest hits of the Bollywood industry. As a sequel to that, we also have Krish and Krish 3. Krish also seemed to attract the audience, but Krish 3 totally failed in that. The story line of Krish 3 seemed very unnatural and in fact boring. So, Koi Mil Gaya and Krish could be considered as best science fiction movies.

The story line of Koi Mil Gaya and Krish are different. In Koi Mil Gaya, an alien gives the power to Rohit (mentally challenged - hero ) and he comes out of it instantly. The meanwhile situations are shown in this film. The next part is the Krish where his son, Krishna born highly talented goes saving people when situation demands and eventually finds his father, who he (everyone) thought was dead. 

The action sequences of this movie are interesting and watchable. These were one of the biggest hits of Bollywood. The Krish movie is rated at 6.3/10 on IMDB while Koi Mil Gaya was rated at 7.1/10.

Ra-One(2011)

Ra.One

Ra-One cannot really be considered as one among the best Sci-Fi movies. But as we have no better options, we were bound to choose this. Ra-One is not any hit even the budget crossed 200Cr INR. But, all the budget was recovered just with the promotions before the movie even released. Once the movie was released, none really liked it. 

The story or the concept is poor for the movie. This was the main fault for Ra-One. Apart from this, everything was done perfectly fine. So, it is just a ONE TIME WATCH movie. Ra-One had the rating of 4.9/10 on IMDB which is way too low. 

Best Science Fiction Movies In Telugu

We do not really have many Telugu Sci-Fi movies. If we are to consider some Tamil movies dubbed into Telugu, then we have some. Let us see the best among them.

7th Sense(2011)

Surya In 7th Sense

7th Sense is one of the best Science fiction movies directed in Tamil (Kollywood Industry) and dubbed in Telugu. It received a huge response and stands on the top of the list. Though this movie has some negatives, the concept on the whole is just fine. With a budget of 80Cr (approximate), 7th Sense had hit the theaters in the year 2011. 

Surya is the one who has acted in more number of Sci-Fi movies than any other Tamil actors. 7th Sense is rated at 5.7/10 on IMDB. The story line is The Chinese try to introduce a virus that has no medicine anywhere else in the world, except for The Chinese. While this happens, a medical college student tries to bring back the DNA of Bodhi Dharma into the Aravind's (hero) body so that he could re-inhibit the powers and knowledge. 

Hypnotism is exaggerated in the movie, which is a drawback. Rest all is good and so it stands on the top of the best science fiction movies in Telugu (Tamil).

Round UP

Not in the last decade, but Anji and Aditya 369 were two other best Science fiction movies in Telugu. You can consider watching them, if you had not yet watched them. 'I' Movie Review (Telugu)

We have been hearing a lot from the last 1-2 months on the movie I. I is a science fiction movie that concentrates mostly on Chiyaan Vikram (Hero). Vikram had worked so hard to bring 4 different transformations to his body in just a single movie. This movie is expected to be the biggest block buster of the Kollywood Industry as it was released in multiple languages at the same time. It is estimated that the production values met an 100Cr budget to cast this movie on the screen. I movie review is given below.

'I' MOVIE REVIEW

I is a 2015 Tamil, romantic thriller film,starring Vikram and Amy Jackson in the lead roles and is dubbed in Hindi and Telugu. I is one of the most awaited movies of this year, featuring Vikram in the role of mysterious Hunchback, a Model, a Beast and also a gym addict trying to win the Mr.India title. The film has created high expectations before its release but sadly it didn't live up to the expectations. This film surely is not up to the mark when compared to the previous films of Shankar.  There are several drawbacks in the film and sadly, the count is greater compared to the positive angles of the film.

The film starts with full enthusiasm, directly with the entrance of Amy Jackson being kidnapped by the mysterious Hunchback (Vikram). The director was successful in bringing up the enthusiasm in the audience, but let that completely down once the movie corresponds further.

The story is a bit routine, but Shankar made it well established with his talent, on the screen. As far as the Telugu accent is considered, it is not up to the mark and is too low class. In fact, the dubbing is exaggerated way too much to be a low class slang. This really pissed many.

The fight sequences were good, though there were not many. Chiyaan Vikram did his best, as usual, to attract the audience with his fight skills. Once Vikram turns into a model, he did look handsome in that role. But, there seemed a lot of vulgarity with the other characters. Though that is acceptable to some extent, it crossed the line where audience looses their patience to take it anymore.

On the whole, this movie comes under the category of a One Time Watch, regardless of all the hard work of Vikram and the production budget.

The positives of the movie 'I' are stated below. 

• Introduction of the movie with a suspense and thrilling experience.
• Fight sequences in China and also in India.
• Action - Everyone did their best to stand the roles/characters.
•  Body Transformations of Chiyaan Vikram.
• A routine story with a good screenplay.
• Climax is good for the concept.

CON's OF 'I'

When coming to the negative's of the movie I, they are listed below.

• Movie flow gets dull as it moves further.
• As mentioned above, the vulgarity level is a bit high. 
• Movie doesn't really seem like an 100Cr budget one. 
• The role of heroine seems low when compared to any other role in the movie.
• Though the body transformations were good, it did not meet the expectations.
• The role of the beast stands only for a single song.
• The songs and music can be simply called Bad (for Telugu version). We do not expect such low quality tunes from A.R. Rehman.
• Some scenes were cut suddenly with no conclusion while some do not have any relevance to the story. Some missed logic's.

The film's run time is over 3 hours and a few scenes were unnecessarily stretched. Cinematography is good which is a plus point. On the whole it can be rated 2.75/5 . With a bang for the Pongal, Gopala Gopala has hit the theaters with huge expectations from fans. The duo of Powerstar Pawan Kalyan and Venkatesh has raised the expectations in the fans. GOPALA GOPALA MOVIE REVIEW

Gopala Gopala seems to attract large number of people to the halls as this stands to be the biggest multi-starrer till date. The expectations were huge and we could say that this film was already successful at meeting those expectations. Both Powerstar Pawan Kalyan and Venkatesh played their roles extraordinarily. The director is successful in bringing the script on the screen in a very well organized way. The script and the screenplay met the audience expectations. 

As usually, Powerstar Pawan Kalyan's entrance is just too good. For this, the total credit goes to the director. He introduced him on the screen at the very right moment with a charm in his face. Despite all these, the story seems to be very natural. The message in the story is wonderful and it needs some guts to put forward these type of scripts though it is a remake.

As PK (Bollywood Film) has recently faced several issues, it was expected that this movie could always face such problems. But, as the director made this film flawless and interesting, there seems to be none. All types of audience seems to enjoy this movie on the whole.

While coming to the PRO's of Gopala Gopala, there are many listed below.

• Screenplay and Direction has been the first advantage to the script.
• It is the biggest multi-starrer starring Pawan Kalyan, Venkatesh and Shreya in the lead roles.
• The concept and message in the movie is extraordinary, though it is a remake of Bollywood film "OH MY GOD". 
• Songs are smooth with decent tunes. 
• A family entertainer, where everyone in the family could watch this movie with no issues.

 

CON's OF GOPALA GOPALA

There aren't really many. But, a few are listed below.

• The role of heroine (Shreya) seems to be dull. She seemed very active at the beginning of the movie but the role decreased gradually and finally went full down. 
• The roles of all the Saadhu's and Maataji were a bit exaggerated.
• There really aren't many punch dialogues. A few more would do better.
• Graphics, VFX at some points seem unnatural. 

So, these are the PRO's and CON's of the movie Gopala Gopala.
However, on the whole, Gopala Gopala stands to be one of the best concept oriented movies and social awareness movies. We hope that there would be a greater scope in the future for such movies.
